A small house we control for the long term costs less over time than rent, and nobody can end the lease on the work.
Real humans, not a headcount
The money goes to a place for people, not to a big team or a marketing budget. The software is already built.
A blueprint to repeat
Start in the Philippines, prove it, then repeat it country by country. Small and repeatable beats one huge bet.
What the house does
One house, six jobs.
A coworking hubDesks for local builders and remote teams. Its rent helps pay for the House.
Onboarding into web3First wallet, first payment, first safe habits, with a person beside you.
A team that buildsBuilders who make apps for people, projects and chains, in person.
Curators for web3wikisThe people who chart every real use and keep the map honest.
Admin and eventsA base for web3 projects and founders in the Philippines: meetups, demo nights, support.
Content that spreads web3Films and tutorials made in the house, shared everywhere.
How to back it
Four ways in, each one plain.
Sponsor a room
$10,000 USDC a year
Your project's name goes on a real room in the house and on its digital twin in the app. Our curators staff your project's help desk, people who visit learn your product, and we host your events there.
8 sponsors fund the house.
Founding member
$500 USDC, once
Your name goes on the founding wall inside the house, for good, and you get founding membership of the House in the app.
Back it through escrow
Any amount, on web3wikis
The House runs on the same rails as Sideyard: your USDC sits in a vault nobody can open, and is released only as work ships. You get something built, not a promise.
House secured
Furnished and solar
Doors open
Each milestone releases one part. Every backer can also pick a build from the House's catalogue of 281 apps.
Ecosystem grants
For chains and foundations
Chains and foundations with Southeast Asia or onboarding programs can fund the onboarding classroom, the help desk or events, and get a team on the ground.
Founding prices, October 2026. Sponsorship details are agreed in writing with each sponsor.
Milestones
What happens, in order.
1
RaiseRaising now

2
Secure the house
A home the venture controls for the long term, never at a landlord's whim.
3
Furnish it and install solar
Desks, beds, a studio, and power that keeps the lights on.
4
Open the doors
The front door opens to the neighbourhood.
5
The first cohort
The first builders and curators move in and get to work.
6
The support arm goes live
Sponsor projects get a help desk staffed by our curators.
7
The next country
What works here becomes the blueprint for the next House.
This is intent, not a schedule. We will publish dates when they are real.
Honest notes
The fine print, in plain words.
How we will hold the house
In the Philippines, land can be owned only by Filipino citizens and Filipino-majority companies. So the House will use a compliant structure: a Filipino-majority entity, a long-term lease or a condominium, whichever legal advice confirms is right.
No promised returns, no token
Backing the House is not an investment product. We promise no returns, and there is no token sale for the property. Any investment is discussed directly and agreed in writing.
